Supplier Awards Nominations

Instructions

Awards are open to all suppliers that provided services to Iowa State University in 2021 and meet the eligibility statement for the selected award.  Suppliers can be nominated for more than one award.

Suppliers can be nominated by an Iowa State University Employee or may self-nominate. If self-nominating, Suppliers must include a letter of support from their Iowa State University contact (limit 30 MB) when submitting their self-nomination.

All nominations must be complete and clearly highlight how the supplier meets the award criteria for the selected award. Failure to address all of the award criteria may result in the submission not being considered.

Only one Nomination can be submitted per Award Category.  Please complete a separate Nomination for each award category.

The deadline for nominations is February 28, 2022.  Awardees will be notified of their award status by April 8, 2022.  Selected award winners will be invited to attend an Awards Ceremony on the Iowa State University Campus on the afternoon of May 10^th.
